Hayabusa gen 1 rough running

Hey, I have been having a problem with my busa for some time now. After starting the engine any sharp throttle adjustments choke the engine and can kill it all together. With Very gradual throttle you can just about get it to rev up. Looked to the map sensor testing to see change in voltage when sucking or blowing down the vacuum tube. While doing this (having the vacuum pipe off the senor but still plugged into the loom, throttle response was better than ever!
Fuel pressure is always at a constant and I have tried a different map sensor getting all the same things.
I have also checked the atmospheric senor and that seems to be working with a change of voltage when blowing or sucking on that.
Really struggling to know what to do as it is stopping me from getting out on it! I have heard that someone has ran there busa with the vacuum pipe unplugged (or no map sensor) but I'm not sure whether that is a clever option
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I would try cleaning the injectors. Look on youtube for how-to vids.
