has anybody ever powder coated their springs to get the colour they want

Be careful who you get to do, it cant remember who but someone on here had it done and the heat they used knackered the springs.

Powdercoating should not bother springs.
Most of the spring manufacturers powdercoat springs.

Got mine powedercoated with no problems. They sandblasted and acid etched prior to coating and they look the treat
