Venom - Where has it gone

Postby XPresidentSEQMBC » Mon Jul 11, 2016 3:20 pm

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows where my old buggy went.... I sold her back in 2010 to someone named Rob in WA. Just wondering how its going or even if she is still going... Here is a photo of her if anyone remembers her.. I'm just going over some old memories of a time very missed... If I could turn back time....Id change so many things...

Thanks Tony. If you get a sniff, can you put the word out that I'd like to buy her back, whatever the condition.

Rob swapped it for some $$ and a MX Bike for his son
Think it went to lancelin
Will ask Rob if he still knows where it is, not sure it wasn't a family member who ended up with it ?

Ahh no reason, just interesting to see them years after..... I've read your builds threads on here and what not so yeah haha.

Same as seeing Ray's Cuda show up on the Edge Facebook page - interesting to see how they have changed, and whether or not they were looked after.

Hey Ray, Just following up... Just wondering if there has been any activity with my enquiry on Venom? At this stage I'm only voicing an expression of interest on if they want to sell the buggy or not. Some current photos of the buggy and some details about the issues with the gear box would be great. If you don't want to post the photos on this forum I understand. Just email them to me. brenden.gough@cyb.com.au

Yeah thanks Reid. Its been a while mate, but id love to have the buggy back under my ownership. I've been helping Dad restore my Pops 3808 steam loco. Lots of lathe work and lots of steam engineering that's way over my head, but its been a real eye opener.

Hey Ray, any word... is this opportunity going cold do you think or should I look to purchase something else. I'm looking to do some flat track (dirt or road) sprint racing or hill climb stuff anyway, it would be nice to have the old girl back that's all.
