OK guys the photos are now up,
If you want leave some feedback on photos for me, I am still learning and playing so some photos are absolute crap, some are good.

These are straight off the camera too, some need to be fixed up in photoshop.

I used a canon 450d, with a 55-250 IS lense with a uv and cir-polarize filter. The group shots are doen with a 18-55 lense with same filters.

The conditions for photos was not the best, as the cloud cover was not consistent went thin and thick so light was constant changing, hence some are dark.

When i get a chance to fix some up i will upload them.

Don't know where to start, but the wife and I had the biggest, and most exciting time. The track is awsome.

We are still pumped, going to take a few days to come back down to earth.

Thank all SEQMBC club for making all this possible.

Nathan, I would lose the polarizer off the front immediately so you can get a faster shutter speed, some of the shots look a bit soft. The polarizer is really only useful for the sky or reflections anyway.

I worked out how to view the image details on your photobucket and I see you are shooting manual, can I suggest you use aperture priority and let the camera select the shutter speed.

I also see you are bracketing the shots, If you shoot in RAW mode, you can just change the exposure real easy in something like Adobe Lightroom later and won't need to bracket.

You might also want change the autofocus mode to SERVO to make sure they stay in focus as they come toward you.

I hope you don't mind the comments just my advice.

Cheers,
Kev

More the merrier,
I am only learning all this and all comments are welcome and will be taking on board.

I have only had the camera a few months and not many chances to use it properly.

But will take it all on board. Thanks for the comments and tips.

How to make a Piranha fly!

Step 1 : Borrow your brothers Piranha
Step 2 : Push the little pedal on the right to the floor
Step 3 : Hold on to your balls

Fish that thing is a ballistic missile. First time in a single seater....now I know what all the fuss is about.....Sorry about the chain though Russell. Hey Fish ya might have to make up an adjuster for Russ or put a PIRCV rear end in for him. That thing has so much grunt. Did he tell you he did a 4:19 after putting it into the fence. Great weekend guys....had a blast. Top photos too Nathan.......now I will have to get back to the Barra build.

Cheers

Paul

Yeah that was step 4!.............Actually the only reason I got so much bloody air was that friggin table top appeared way sooner than I thought it was!!  It wasn't the jump that did any damage it was a bloody rock sticking up out of the track just before Girls gully I ran over and hit both the sprocket and brake disk!
Oh well I think a bash plate might be the order of the day!!

Hey Foggy..... Ask Ed about hitting the Tabletop flat out in top Gear.... he also found it cam up much faster than he expected..... hehhehe

I think we should mark the The tabletop 100 Metres out with some sign posts to warn its coming up.... might stop a few woops moments.... while learning the track. 4.68Km's is quite a way to learn the track.
