Hey Tony

How are the hubs made are they CNC machined from a billet or are they cast then machined?

Cheers Clint

Cast from 6061 T6, heat treated, then CNC machined.

They are pictures on the Edge hubs being made.
The castings & then being machined.
There's about 1000 there.

Are the DBR032 discs to suit these hubs sold as a pair or is it an individual price on the parts page?

Yes DBR032 are front rotors to suit these hubs.
They are sold as a pair.

With the advent of the Barracuda and larger diameter wheels is there a larger diameter disc on the cards?

There is no real need for larger front discs.
The front brakes are powerful & too much front braking can actually be difficult to use as you can lock the wheels too easily.
For a race buggy sure, for recreation, I doubt you would need it.

The hubs were machined by a contractor & loaded manually into a CNC.
We have a rotary table & robotic arm for our Haitachi CNC, the arm bolts to the front of the CNC, but we don't use it.
Too much of a headache to set up.
