Very Neat Chopper!!

You will be a lot happier with that set up!

Double a arm front set ups make the world of a difference in handling.

Keep up the good work and keep the photos flowing!

Hey Chop, just a little hint here, on mine I had to put a camphor on the Heim Joints to stop them cutting out the alum spacers ( just used a die grinder and took off the sharp edge were it came into contact )and it gave a little bit more on the turning circle, so keep an eye on them, okay grasshopper

No worries mate, if you get in where they make contact you can actually take a fair bit out without going too high and it does increase your turn, just be aware that the steering box is not acting as a stopper instead.
Damn, this makes me want to start another build.
Mate the build is looking pretty smart, well done

aaawww heck, you know how to kick a man when he's down, I just had to put up with WASA out at Tammin, and me with no buggy, there was a little tinge of jealousy there. I put a vid of it up in videos.

Age is not seeming to have the slowing down effect mate, got the big quad for going away on treks for a few days at a time, load up the camping gear and the detector and I'm away, the polaris is to keep the buggies honest , that's when I can get it finished as heading down to Bridgetown this weekend to try my luck.
I did notice the new toys, thought that mill looked pretty familiar  .
Just checked and the video hadn't gone up so I reposted it, must have had the censorship put on it for copyrighted music, as a matter of fact I know I did as I got a warning from utube    , sound familiar. Check it out, there's some good footage of shock setups and why you should have things like limit straps and bump stops as we had a few blown shockies out there.

yeah video is there, checked out your new quad, geez it goes alright too, i never thought you would swap a steering wheel for handlebars though, nice fit with the 600 in the polaris, fits in there quite nice.
i modified the black victory motorcycle a few pages back, new guards and front cowl, new paint, pulled the whole thing down and painted it, what a pain in the arse but it looks killer now
