Just had a read of your thread, coming along really quickly
Loving the detail .I have been unsure how to hook the accelerator cable up to the pedal
But after seeing yours I think I've figured it out
Cheers.every little bit helps.
If u could take a close up pic it would be much appreciated

Ye mike, i haven't got bushes on the hub carriers and they are alloy. I was either going to do what rays hybrid has done or go the whole hog and get the conventional stub and hub. My pcd is 145mm though. The setup ive got at moment is from a 500 quad. Wat do you think?

Them front hubs were designed to us ball joints and wishbones I don't feel they will be up for the job which is not what u want to hear. You could drill them out and bush them but still designed for some thing with less weight sorry

Hey mike, ye I'm having the hub carriers brass bushed and if that don't work i will go down the edge route. I have been beaten by the wiring so have decided to get the rest finished first and then get an expert in to do the loom. Awaiting the main fuel and header tanks to be finished along with the drive and brake carriers. Mounted the steering wheel and ordered my seat and harness. So by next week should have her on the floor. Got a good deal on ally sheet 8x4 3.5 thick for floor £55.00. Glad to here you've found some time to get on your build, have you seen the cuda on ebay, 22k

Just a quick update, got the seat and harness fitted along with the steering wheel. Cut and drilled my tabs, and got my brake disc carrier back from machine shop. Next job is to fabricate a bracket to take the caliper.

The disc carrier looks heavy but its alloy. Brass bushes made for the front hub carriers so hopefully I will fit them and they will work, Fingers crossed.

Hi mate , like the disc carrier and the seat , I made slight mistake on the by using a padded one and my head us a bit close to the roll bar with a lid on. Maybe worth a check I my end up changing the two top bars

Well got a few bits done in the past week. Front hubs bushed and mounted, (no slop now). Fabbed up the chain tensioner and got her sitting on her wheels. Next things to do, fuel tanks, brake and drive carriers.
