Hi Guys,
Been heaps busy on the buggy of late, lotsa little jobs that just absorb the time.
Got all my cables sorted, custom made clutch and gear cables from flexi drive agencies and picked up a throttle cable from the guys at edge.
Also got some shock spacers whilst I was there.
Fitting the shock spacers I found out my front had a bit to much up travel and was causing my inner tie rod ends to bind up.....so a quick chop out and lower of them sorted the problem.
had to move my steering shaft a bit cause it was fouling on my rear brake banjo
Also made up the gear shifter and pivot point
Totally finished up the exhaust system and plumbed up the radiator.
Then did a quick wire up to test all the electronics with the stock bike loom, and to my shock it all worked
But the stock loom is just wrong in every direction so I have sourced all the plugs and wire i need from connect source and gunna fully re-wire from scratch.

Also for those of you with the double A rear end I have drawn up a model of the center and designed a really simple solid bearing carrier that mounts to the laser cut parts.
If anybody wants a pdf off the drawings just msg me you emails and ill send it through

Cheers
Antman

pics to come soon
