I'm making everything from scratch finished rear axle centre and adjuster plates sourced pro shafts and bearing made all jigs and am in the middle of making the front and rear suspension arms cut and drilled all mounting plates and brackets Im not very good on computers having a bit of trouble posting photos I'm really enjoying the build but it will be a long project 3kids and long hours will slow my progress

hey trav, sorry for the late reply mate, i didnt see the message until now, hows the chassis going, the rear shock mount shouldnt change that much, i wouldnt go too wide on the rear at the top of the frame cos it might get close, keep that point the same as the plans, no need to widen that part, just widen where the roll bar is, send me over an email of your progress to chopperajm@aapt.net.au.
thanks

Sick of welding and working on the floor so am making a kickass work bench might save the back finished rear arms ( what a mission but when u finish u can't be half proud)a mates been helping with the wiring and then fire up the beast and start chassis extending cab 100mm and engine bay 100mm to fit the huge gearbox the triumph motor has definitely will have to run an idler sprocket and have seen some kickass designs so hope I can keep to the standard of u buggy maniacs

Finally finished work bench a mate got me all the steel from a f**k up on a job for a slab not bad considering it's made of 100 x 100 x 6 posts and massive ladder bracing it took 3 of us to move it so I could paint it the thing could hold up a house now back on the buggy chassis next just figuring out the changes I have made to the plans to make sure shock positions are right picked up a racing seat and harness cheap so all is coming together just need some time off work and things might get going a bit quicker sorry about no photos ive got to get it sorted but I'm at good with computers as a virgin is experienced with condoms
