Got only little bits of:

25NB pipe its 33.7mm longest bit would be about 200mm
20NB is 26.9mm longest bit would be about 200mm

40x40x2mm RHS longest bit would be about 300mm
30x30x2.5mm RHS longest bit would be about 300mm
15x15x1.6mm RHS longest bit would be about 500mm

You maybe able to join sum of the bits together to make 1 bit to fit in or round any thing in the way. Let me know.

Thanks Blue, sorry for late reply - I've been away for a few days.

I'll probably be in Rangiora again this weekend, so any chance I could drop by and pick up a bit of tube?

I'm still having problems with my chain coming off - the chain tensioner was pretty flimsy, so I stiffened it up (to remove the sideways slack) and I shortened the distance between the rollers (to tighten the chain a bit more), and it worked a bit better, but after gunning it up the paddock in third, it flew off again... :x Think I need to make a chain guide for the rear sprocket, then hopefully she'll be right :D

Sounds like something isn't in line properly for it to come off? are the sprockets in line and also your engine level with the swingarm as well as in line? maybe even try a idler roller just before the engine sprocket to help it track on and also prevent it jumping up and off
