HI 4 ALL

I KNOW MAY PEOPLE ARE FACING PROBLEM WITH THE BUSA K8 WIRING DUE TO THE LACK OF DRAWINGS SO I HAVE SEARCH ALLOT UNTIL I GOT VERY NICE DRAWING WHICH I MODIFY LITTLE BIT.

IMPORTANT NOTE;
ALL LIGHTING REMOVED
THERE IS SOME SPACE FOR 10A APPLICATION (IN THE FUSEBOX)
IGNORE THE IMMBO IF YOU DONT HAVE IT AND IF YOU WISH TO REMOVE IT USE ECU EDITOR.
SOME SENSOR IF WANTED TO BE REMOVED REQUIRED RESISTORS OR PHYSICAL MODIFICATION ON THE ENGINE LIKE PAIR VALVE.
IGNITION; TO SUPPLY POWER
ENGINE STOP SWITCH; TO KILL THE ENGINE.

CLUTCH SWITCH IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO BE REMOVED. USE A PRESSURE SWITCH IN THE CLUTCH LINE TO INDICATE USING OF CLUTCH.

I DIDN'T REMOVE ANY SENSOR YET.

CLICK HERE OR SAVE AS http://im14.gulfup.com/v8WZ1.jpg

FINALLY; SPECIAL THANKS FOR FESTER.

For the clutch switch install part 11 & 12 or similar product that you could find in local spare part store;

For the IAP and AP sensor.

Ap is to atomspare air pressure while the Inlet air pressure (IAP)

Is connected to throttle bodies

check valve only once needed on turbo gen 1 to stop a fault code on boost , now it is turned off in the ecu

3 bar iap sensor is only for turbo ,original 1 bar works in the vacuume range to -14.7 -0 psi , 2 bar -14.7 - +14.7psi and 3 bar -14.7 - +29.4, and there are 4 and 5 bar sensors available for realy high boost pressure

For aux equipment,

A relay can connected to the ignition switch (orange wire) to the coil and the other wire to battery in order to feed the aux.

Explanation as below link;
